Ivy Heart



We were delighted to design and make this beautiful semi naked cake. Each tier was a different flavour so that the colours of the sponge showed through. The base tier was our delicious zesty lemon sponge, the middle tier was the soft red velvet cake with salted caramel buttercream and the top tier was decadent chocolate sponge cake with chocolate buttercream. Our bride had designed her own wedding cake and wanted us to make a sugar ivy heart with garlands of sugar ivy around the tops of the tiers.
