Our brief was to incorporate a few of our clients favourite things onto their special celebration cake. Photo’s were supplied to us of their pet dogs and in conversation we were told that they love to go for walks at a local lake. We airbrushed and hand-painted a scene from the lake onto the sides of the cake and finally handcrafted the dogs in sugarpaste. The scene on the cake is airbrushed and hand-painted in edible food colours. Sugarpaste models of the Spaniels are kept on a removable board on top as a keepsake.
