This delicious wedding cake had a strong Mediterranean influence in the flavours and decoration. The base tier was a classic vanilla sponge cake with vanilla buttercream and Sicilian Blood Orange Marmalade. The middle and top tier comprised Tiramisu Cake, laced with coffee and Marsala Wine. We worked with our clients florist and used fresh rosemary, olive leaves, David Austen Roses and Hyacinth to decorate.
