This delicious wedding cake had a strong Mediterranean influence in the flavours and decoration. The base tier was a classic vanilla sponge cake with vanilla buttercream and Sicilian Blood Orange Marmalade. The middle and top tier comprised Tiramisu Cake, laced with coffee and Marsala Wine. We worked with our clients florist and used fresh rosemary, olive leaves, David Austen Roses and Hyacinth to decorate. Corporate Celebration Cake and Cupcakes

Creating really pretty cakes are one of our specialities. This is the request we had to celebrate the opening of Bagshott Grange Care Home in Liphook. The cake was a freshly made vanilla sponge cake, filled with vanilla buttercream and strawberry jam. It was coated in white chocolate ganache and covered with soft white sugarpaste. All the flowers on the cake were handmade. We also provided 50 cupcakes with the care home logo printed in edible sugar on the top.
