Here is one of our most recent birthday cakes. The Lambretta is handmade from sugar as are the album covers and records…the centre stand on the scooter did its job well as the whole cake travelled securely to a party in Yorkshire. This is a 9 inch round, four layer sponge cake filled with vanilla buttercream, strawberry jam, coated in milk chocolate ganache then covered with sugarpaste.
