Handmade sugar flowers topped this delicious, heart shaped, white chocolate wedding cake. This wedding cake served approx 145 and was accompanied by 150 cupcakes in white chocolate, lemon and salted caramel flavours. Here is my latest display cake which showcases my work perfectly. Pastel colours with white and accent edible 24kt Gold leaf are all very on trend and this looks set to carry forward for the next couple of years. The colours and flowers on this cake can be adapted to suit your wedding theme. This cake is sized at 10, 8, 6 and 4 inches and would provide approx. 155-160 wedding or 80 dessert servings. We were delighted to be able to deliver to the stunning Rivervale Barn in Yateley, Hampshire. The weather was glorious and the sun caught the light on the edible silver leaf really well. The mirrored tables were fanstastic and we love how the bride and groom toppper was reflected in the photo. Royal icing is one of our specialities and the handpiped beading looked great.
