We worked with our bride and groom on designing this beautiful wedding cake. From our discussions we provided a 3d image of how their cake would look and here it is. The base tier had a beautiful edible shimmer applied before a stunning edible lace panel provided an intricate focus point. The theme of each table at our mose recent wedding was “Biscuits” and we had great fun creating this delicious caramel drip wedding cake for our bride and groom. Each tier of cake had a different flavour sponge which was then skimmed with vanilla buttercream and topped with a caramel sauce. Flavoured French Macarons, Oreo and Chocolate chip biscuits provided the decoration. 2019 is booking up fast and we are currently taking orders for 2020. We were delighted to deliver this wedding cake to the stunning Oakley Hall in Basingstoke. We worked with our lovely bride to be to create a wedding cake as per the design (included as part of our service) which included handmade sugar roses, blackberries and leaves. a hammered metal effect middle tier which we airbrushed with edible gold lustre and a handpainted roccoco style flowers and vines in gold on the bottom tier.[...]
