Our bride this weekend chose a classic wedding cake design in ivory sugarpaste. We were delighted to make the roses in sugar for the top of the cake which were matched to the bridal bouquet. The base tier was a 12 inch fruit cake with the middle and top tiers comprising vanilla sponge cake filled with vanilla buttercream and strawberry preserve.
