When Marcella contacted us regarding her wedding cake we were excited to be given the design brief of a rustic buttercream style with peach and mint accents. The top and bottom tiers were luscious lemon sponge filled with fresh lemon buttercream and lemon curd. The middle tier was chocolate sponge cake layered with raspberry buttercream.
