We were so pleased to be able to deliver this beautiful Dedication Cake to West Green House Opera Gardens in Hartley Wintney, Hampshire. Each tier of chocolate cake was doubled in height and coated with Madagascan Vanilla buttercream before being drizzled with salted caramel buttercream sauce. Here is one of our most recent birthday cakes. The Lambretta is handmade from sugar as are the album covers and records…the centre stand on the scooter did its job well as the whole cake travelled securely to a party in Yorkshire. This is a 9 inch round, four layer sponge cake filled with vanilla buttercream, strawberry jam, coated in milk chocolate ganache then covered with sugarpaste.
