We were delighted to deliver this two sided wedding cake to Botleys Mansion near Chobham in Surrey recently. All details were royal iced by hand on the bridal side whilst on the other side of the cake was a dar chocolate ganache drip with dipped fresh strawberries. This cake provided approx 84 wedding servings and proved a stunning focal point to the wedding day.
