This delicious wedding cake had a strong Mediterranean influence in the flavours and decoration. The base tier was a classic vanilla sponge cake with vanilla buttercream and Sicilian Blood Orange Marmalade. The middle and top tier comprised Tiramisu Cake, laced with coffee and Marsala Wine.
