The Lambretta is handmade from sugar as are the album covers and records…the centre stand on the scooter did its job well as the whole cake travelled securely to a party in Yorkshire. This is a 9 inch round, four layer sponge cake filled with vanilla buttercream, strawberry jam, coated in milk chocolate ganache then covered with sugarpaste.
