Ruffled Wedding Cakes are very popular as not only do they look stunning but they can be colour themed to your special day. The base tier or this cake comprised four lemon sponge cake layers, filled with lemon buttercream and lemon curd. The middle tier was Red Velvet Cake with Salted Caramel Buttercream and the top tier was Coffee Sponge willed with dark chocolate ganache and caramel buttercream. Each cake was coated in white chocolate ganache before being covered with sugarpaste.
