When requesting a cake quotation we need to know your estimated number of servings as this will tell us the size of cake you will need. Fruit cake portions are based on 1 inch (2.5cm) square slices whilst sponge cake can be cut into larger portions 2x1 inch (5 x 2.5cm). Our celebration sponge cakes are filled with buttercream and jam and coated with your choice of white, milk or dark chocolate ganache then covered in soft sugarpaste. Our rich dark fruit cakes are covered in marzipan and soft sugarpaste.
